- Flower Products:
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any flower items unless they are part of a vendor recall. We encourage customers to carefully select their products.
- Carts and Disposables:
- Returns on Cartridges and Disposables are handled at the Manager’s Discretion.
- If you experience any issues with these products, please bring them to our attention, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. As such, returns will be processed as Store Credit or Cash depending on the situation.
- Vendor Contact:
- As an intermediary in the distribution process, we may direct you to contact the Vendor directly for certain issues. If a product is defective or unsatisfactory, we will help you contact the Vendor to resolve the matter.
- General Guidelines:
- All return requests must be made within 72 hours of purchase
- Receipt of purchase is required for all return requests
- Products must be in their original packaging, or the customer must present product packaging at the time of the return request
