Descriptions of Jobs
Budtenders
Budtenders are the frontline of the Bud 2 Bloom experience, providing knowledgeable, compliant, and welcoming service to guests. This role may be full‑time or part‑time and includes hourly pay with gratuities. Budtenders educate customers on cannabis products, assist with purchases, and help create a warm, wellness‑focused retail environment.
Inventory Personnel
Inventory Personnel support the intake, tracking, storage, and organization of cannabis products. Positions may be full‑time or part‑time and play a key role in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and product availability while supporting daily operations.
Receptionist
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and compliant entry experience. This role may be full‑time or part‑time and supports check‑in procedures, guest flow coordination, and front‑of‑house operations.
Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager supports daily retail operations, supervises staff, and assists with inventory coordination and training. This role helps ensure store procedures are followed consistently while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
General Manager
The General Manager oversees all aspects of store operations, including team leadership, compliance, inventory oversight, and customer experience. This role ensures Bud 2 Bloom operates efficiently while maintaining brand standards and regulatory requirements.
Inventory Manager
The Inventory Manager is responsible for cannabis product intake, audits, tracking, reconciliation, and secure storage. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
Operations Manager
The Operations Manager oversees workflows, scheduling, systems, and cross‑department coordination. This role focuses on operational efficiency, scalability, and ensuring day‑to‑day business functions run smoothly.
Compliance Manager
The Compliance Manager ensures all operations adhere to New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission requirements. Responsibilities include SOP oversight, audits, reporting, and compliance training for staff.

Administrative Assistant
